The hotel is modern and impeccably clean. The staff, including the manager who was offsite, were patient and accommodating. The location is exceptionally nice, making it convenient to visit Clearwater Beach and other places. Found a good lunch/dinner spot at Malsons BBQ, which was only a moderate distance from the hotel.

So glad we chose it, spent 1 good day here. Generally everything was nice, nevertheless the bathroom was nasty. The location was unbeatable and excellent : convenience stores and shops were within walking distance. There was a popular restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The food they offered was tasty, had lots of meals: )

This place has been nicely renovated and has friendly staff, including a manager who is always available.

the breakfast was marvellous with fruits and waffles, as for instance and served by the efficient staff. we didn't have time, so we will come back.

Loved my good stay on this visit. The bed was comfortable, the room was perfect and impressive with a quick access to the outside. The hotel had perfect location next to convenience stores near by and Kingsland and quarters.

The room was super clean and the breakfast spread was amazing! I loved the modern decor in the rooms. The location was perfect, really close to lots of restaurants, the Florida welcome center 🌴, and plenty of convenience stores. Just a great place all around.
